Sam August MacPherson was born on April 5th, 1997.
He grew up in New Jersey but moved to Los Angeles to pursue his music career.On July 31st, 2021, he gained more fame by appearing on the first edition of Liam Payne's "Here's To The Future". Since then, Sam released his first EP, titled "Songs For Sam" and many other singles.As of August 2nd, 2022 Sam has collected over 1 million monthly listeners on Spotify. A day later, he reached 100K followers on TikTok.On September 16th, 2022, Sam announced to have signed with Elektra Entertainment, and with this, he enters a new chapter of his musical journey.Sam really said 2023 was going to be his year. Within the year's first half, he dropped multiple singles and his EP Powerlines, went on his first headline tour across America, and joined RUEL as an opening act. And it doesn't end there. By the end of 2023, opening for The Band CAMINO & Jeremy Zucker can be added to his long list of accomplishments.
